Background Information
Ansel Adams was an american photographer. He was born in February, 1902- April, 1984, he was born in San Francisco, CA and passed away in Carmel,CA. He was the most important landscape photographer in the 20th century. He was also the most widely known photographer. Also was apart of the conservation movement, he was an outspoken and vigorous leader.
Style
Ansel prefers to take pictures in black and white, he does this because he said color is distracting and takes away from the picture. All of his pictures are based off of lots of rocks,water, doms, mountains, and lots of other nature things.
Influence
This one was probably the easiest for me to recreate because it was a very simple photo. The only hard part for it was i had to take this picture a couple times to get the right angle and sun hitting it. this is one of my favorite pieces by him.
This one was the hardest for me to recreate because it was really hard to fine something some what similar to the half dome. Its not exactly like the dome but its the best one i could find. I also enjoyed this one a lot at the same time tho because i got to see pretty cool things and go for a walk.
